Accommodation

Accommodation is included onsite, the full symposium registration rate includes accommodation in a single room for single occupancy.

Accessible rooms are available, please note any requirements when registering. Subject to availability, additional accommodation for the nights of Sunday 26 or Thursday 31 March is available for the reduced rate of $185 + tax per night. To secure this reduced rate, additional nights should be arranged through the Symposium Administrator Melissa Clark and the delegate will pay these additional costs directly to the venue on arrival at the symposium. Additional night(s) costs include accommodation in a single room for single occupancy, an evening meal, and breakfast.

If you are interested in upgrading your accommodation to a Double room, Deluxe room, or a Suite, please contact the Symposium Administrator who will pass on your request to the venue and discuss additional costs. Any upgrade costs will be paid directly to the hotel and are subject to availability.

Travel

The Bolger Center is located in Potomac Maryland, just outside Washington D.C.

By Train: Union station, with Amtrak trains from a variety of location. From Union station you can then catch the Metro closer to the Bolger Center.

By Metro: The closest stop is Grosvenor-Stathmore located on the Red line of the Washington Metro, approximately 5 miles from the Bolger Center.

By Air: You can reach the D.C. Metro area from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) or Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI).

By Car: Driving directions are available on the Bolger Center website. Free parking is available onsite.
